I was President of the International Coach Federation in the UK in 2007 and 8. As a speaker I engage audiences in thought-provoking perspectives on leadership, sustainability and ‘Making a Difference’. Recently this has included key note addresses at conferences and leadership events in London, Montreal, Prague, Gothenburg, Tallin, Villnius and Riga and various venues in the UK. In a voluntary capacity I help lead a local collaborative project that assists businesses to become ‘Sustainability Pioneers’. And I support the growth and development of the coaching profession in various ways, and have been a member of the International Coach Federation Global Ethics Committee, a judge on an international award for Best Practice in coaching in organisations, and on the UK Coaching Bodies Roundtable.
