About Neil Scotton

Neil comes to you with 20 years of business experience. For the last 8 years he has been a director at board level. His experience covers both service and manufacturing sectors.

He has coached over 80 business leaders in the last 3 years. These have ranged from of small and medium sized businesses to directors in a major multinational. His skills, experience, training and testing by his peers have enabled him to be one of the 200 professional coaches in the UK to gain a credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). (The ICF credential is the internationally recognised gold standard for professional coaches). He is one of the few coaches to pass the rigorous selection process of University of Surrey for their Coaching Faculty to provide Leadership Skills coaching for business leaders.

He is a skilled Master Practioner of NLP and has supported others learning at Master Practioner level.

As Managing Director of Coaching Professionals, he has created a professional coaching business that enables sustainable change, growth, fulfilment and success by providing high quality coaching and coach skills training.

Neil is President of the board of the International Coach Federation in the UK (UK ICF). He ensures professional excellence in the fast growing coaching market. Neil represents the UK ICF and it’s hundreds of members in strategic and influential activities at UK, European and global level. He is intimately familiar with the issues facing growing organisations and engaging people in challenging, competitive environments and fast moving situations, across cultures, and with limited time and financial resources – both as coach and as leader himself.

His coaching style is practical, positive, honest, supportive, solutions focussed.
