Leading and growing a business with confidence
Teamworking, staff motivation, workflow and, of course, profits are key issues for a small and growing organisation. It requires vision, belief and confidence. David Hunt, Managing Director of Custom Networks tells how he came to get these, and exceptional value for money, from his coaching.
“I used to think coaching was for people with more money than sense and who wanted to boost their ego. I also knew that it’s not an exact science, so there was a fear I was not going to get value for money. But there’s something about Neil that I trusted. I found we had shared values, and I know I feel comfortable speaking with him.
I thought I knew myself well. Now I know even more. As Managing Director of a growing computer business, my coaching has enabled us to increase workflow, teamworking, staff motivation and profits. There is now less clutter and fewer of the inevitable tensions that occur in any office. The sense of enjoyment has definitely increased. The impact of the coaching is proving to be sustainable. When I lack motivation I put myself back into the situation of the sessions we’ve had.
