Taking your Team to the Next Level

That’s what Managing Director Adrian Rothera wanted so that he could take the business to the next level. So he booked a couple of facilitated team sessions with Neil Scotton. This is what he got.
"With the business growing, we needed to take ourselves ‘to the next level’. Communication, time management and workforce development were identified as key issues. Neil helped organise government funding for the facilitated development sessions he led.
These sessions gave us time to think. The messages of inclusion, communication, trust and respect were embraced by all. The importance of people, their achievements, and recognising and building on what they are good at came through from all those attending.
We found common purpose and common vision, shared ideas, learnt from new models and techniques and everyone committed themselves to actions.
As a result of the sessions I have already seen people becoming even better team players, joining in and supporting each other without needing to be asked. Bringing this together with seeking and embracing the views of others we are improving systems and driving the business forward. The workforce is becoming happier and more fulfilled. As we look to continuing and increased involvement, I am confident we will achieve improvements in work practices, efficiency and, of course, profit."
