“A remarkably small amount of coaching quickly sorted what was becoming a significant management issue. Not only was it fast and effective, but it was also enjoyable and made it easy for the staff to make the changes needed.” Linda – Manager – World leading engineering consultancy

How it Works

First we'll make sure we understand your needs, wishes and boundaries. Together we discuss and design an outline plan. We discuss and agree the important things like coach selection, desired outcomes and measures, confidentiality, feedback, cost control and timings. And we agree how the person receiving the coaching can decide if the coach and the assignment is right for them.

Typically there is an initial meeting between your person/people and the coach(es) to ensure there is a good personal match and mutual commitment to the success of the coaching. Then there is a joint meeting between each person receiving the coaching, and the coach and the manager(s) responsible to ensure there is mutual understanding of the specific outcomes, timing and how feedback will be managed and confidentiality will be ensured.

All of this is clearly set out in an Assignment Confirmation form, so that everyone knows exactly what is being agreed to.

You can be sure

We get feedback like this:

“brilliant” “has helped me achieve both personally and professionally” “natural” “genuine, professional, skilful, creative and very client focused” “always positive” “space and time to think” “passion and professionalism” “warm relationship” “great listener” “able to get me to confront my difficult issues” “calmed and purposeful” “always safe” “powerful stuff” “tremendous results each time"
